Better Prompt is a browser extension designed to assist users in rewriting and enhancing text inputs on third-party platforms using Artificial Intelligence (AI). We provide this Service "as is" and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1. Paid Plans

While limited features may be available for free, full access to the Service requires a paid subscription (e.g., Monthly, Semi-Annual, or Annual plans). By selecting a subscription, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

4.2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your financial details. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4.3. No Automatic Renewal

Your subscription is for a fixed term and will not automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. We do not enable auto-payments or store your payment details for future charges. To continue accessing the Service after your subscription expires, you must manually purchase a new subscription plan. Access to premium features will automatically cease at the end of your prepaid term.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

• Liability: You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and the "robot eyes" logo, is the exclusive property of Better Prompt and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or brand elements.

You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit to the Service. By submitting text, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, transmit, and use that text solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (i.e., rewriting your prompt). We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Service functions as an overlay on third-party websites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Prompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Governing Law

12. Changes to Terms
